1. To identify top talent. We ensure that we are a solid fit with common business goals, and to set proper expectations with future agents.
2. Select those that offer a unique skill set, knowledge in marketing, technology, social media, foreign language or other skill sets. Our potential hires must be extremely driven to the best or highest producing in our industry.
3. We don't experience much turnover in our office. Nationally the agent success rate during the first year in real estate industry according to the National Association of Realtors is around 20%. Our office takes this extremely seriously and invests great resources into each agent thus our success rate is over 70%.
We have developed a reputation for having one of the most productive offices per agent in the entire Indianapolis Metropolitan Area per the IBJ 2016 list.
