Jack Bell

Associate Broker
Office: (317) 430-7492

Degrees in business, economics, and engineering lead Jack into a career that began with metals research and development after graduation from Purdue. That transitioned into sales, and 24 years as CEO of a metals distribution company. Following that he was part owner of a metals processing business for about 4 years. In recent years he came to realize that he had a real passion for building things and architecture. Jack is currently on the "tiger team" working as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity Hamilton Co. and building wheel chair ramps for the disabled with SAWS (Servants at Work) through 2nd Presbyterian Church.

He returned to school part-time and received an associate degree in architectural technology in 2006. This lead to a brief stint working for a general contractor until the economy crashed. Following this he was president of Broadcast Services, Inc. during a transition in ownership. Following this, Jack recently completed a certificate program in Lay Theological Studies at Christian Theological Seminary by taking night classes after taking a sales position with a metals recycling firm.

Through the Helen Wells agency he was fortunate to have modeled or acted in a number of commercials, training videos, etc. His recent "retirement" from the metals recycling business leaves ample time for commercial and residential real estate endeavors as president of Bell Farmland Investments, LLC, travel and other business interests.

Jack is an associate broker through Coldwell Banker Kaiser with interests in both Residential and Commercial. He is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors.
