Chad is a fourth-generation licensed real estate broker with a lifelong connection to the industry. Growing up surrounded by real estate, he gained firsthand experience watching his family invest, renovate, flip, and successfully navigate the real estate market. He is currently pursuing a degree in Architecture through the R. Wayne Estopinal College of Architecture and Planning (CAP) at Ball State University, giving him a unique perspective on homes, design, construction, and the built environment. Chad combines his real estate background with a strong understanding of digital marketing and online strategies, helping him effectively showcase properties and connect with today’s buyers and sellers. Outside of real estate, he enjoys playing piano, golfing, fishing, and water sports, while continuing to develop his knowledge and passion for the real estate industry.
